Booking a visit via WhatsApp, phone, or our website is a request — not a confirmed appointment until you receive a written confirmation from our team. Walk-in availability is at the discretion of the on-duty nephrologist and centre capacity.
Before any clinical procedure (dialysis, biopsy, surgery, etc.), you will be required to sign a written informed consent form. Verbal agreements via phone/WhatsApp do not constitute consent for medical procedures.
Prices for dialysis, consultations, procedures, and other services are subject to change. Current pricing will be communicated before treatment. We accept cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, and work with major insurance providers and TPAs.
Outstanding balances must be settled within 30 days of treatment unless prior arrangements are made.
We coordinate with most major insurance providers and TPAs in India. Renacare bills the insurer on your behalf where direct billing is supported. You remain responsible for any portion not covered by your policy.
